A.J. is an New York City based actor, singer and improvisor. He holds a B.A. in Theatre Performance from Marmount Manhattan College. No newcomer to improv comedy, A.J. has formed and performed with several troupes along the east coast and in NYC. He is also co-founder of The Compelling Theatre Initiative, a troupe formed with a “theatre-for-all” mentality.
Previous New York work includes Othello at the 45th Street Theatre, Titus Andronicus at the American Globe Theatre and a staged reading of “An American Tragedy” directed by Barbara Siman at the York Theatre. A.J. has also written and performed his comedy songs at comedy clubs around the city.
At the age of seven, A.J. won the coveted role of Queen Victoria in an international production of “The History of Britain”, a heavy-metal opera.
